As Vice President & Team Leader, Private Client Sales at Fifth Third Bank since July 2002 , Melody is one of the highest ranked African American women at Fifth Third. Melody's responsibilities include developing Relationship Managers to provide financial solutions to new and existing customers. Melody previously worked for Pfizer, Inc. as a Regional Account Manager.

Fifth Third Bancorp is a diversified financial services company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Company has $88 billion in assets, operates 17 affiliate banks with 941 full-service Banking Centers including 131 Bank Mart® locations open seven days a week inside select grocery stores and 1,880 Jeanie® ATMs in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, West Virginia, Florida and Tennessee. 

Melody understands the importance of community service and is a founding member of the Cincinnati Women's Chamber of Commerce and the Fifth Third Women's Financial Network. She is also a Board Member of the Civic Garden Center, the Health Improvement Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati and a member of Black Career Women.

Melody obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampton University in Virginia. She and her husband Rodney are the proud parents of two daughters.
