Cheryl B. Walker
Cheryl B. Walker is the Marketing Vice President for Idamar
Enterprises of Newark, NJ. Idamar is a black female owned business that includes among its
business enterprises their highly successful ultimate business conference,
Spa Odyssey. Spa Odyssey was created in 2000 by President & CEO Linda Spradley Dunn to provide a unique
experience that would allow influential black women nationwide to network, form bonding relationships
and develop business skills in a relaxing, resort setting where stress release is
obtained thru fabulous spa experiences. The first event held in Palm Desert, CA
featured nationally renowned speakers, some 350 black women of accomplishment from across the
United States and was featured in Essence Magazine. The second Spa Odyssey, held in
Scottdale, AZ attracted over 300 diverse women including a number of BCW executives and members.
As part of its upcoming A MATTER OF PRIORITIES -- Health and Balance Seminar on Nov. 1, in Cincinnati, BCW has
invited Ms. Walker to share information with our participants about Spa Odyssey to attract more
women to this event. As a further incentive to encourage black women to attend this Aetna U.S.
Healthcare Health sponsored seminar, Black Career Women will be awarding a Complimentary Registration for the next Spa Odyssey to be held in the spring
of 2002. Cheryl B. Walker will officially select and announce the winner at
the seminar and you must be present to win.
BCW is proud to salute Linda Spradley Dunn, Cheryl B. Walker and the rest of
the Spa Odyssey team for their vision and successful implementation of a
unique and needed national event that attends to the mind, body and soul of
black women!
