After working with a Fortune 500 for 13 years and ultimately leading the Organizational Learning and Development department, Sandra started her own consulting firm specializing in helping organizations manage change by increasing employee competence and commitment to effectively compete in the new economy. Repeat consulting assignments with a core set of clients (such as AT&T, John Deere, LexisNexis, NCR, The Coca-Cola Company and The Wall Street Journal) attests to the value and effectiveness of her work.
Sandra holds a Bachelors of Science degree in organizational psychology from Capital University, Columbus, OH and a Masters of Science degree in Organization Development from American University, Washington DC. She has also completed a two-year post-graduate program, "Organization and Systems Development," from the prestigious Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, OH.
Sandra also hosts her own radio show, "The eWomenNetwork Show" which airs on the #1 ABC affiliate in the country, WBAP 820. "The eWomenNetwork Show" is the only business women's radio show in the country which features dynamic and accomplished women business owners and corporate professionals. Negotiations are currently underway for syndication.
