Rosalyn Wesley

Rosalyn joined Fortune Brands in September, 2002. Prior to this, she was with Motorola for some thirteen years, functioning mostly with global operating divisions providing Human Resources solutions and strategies in the areas of Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, HR operations, and Wellness. Throughout her tenure with Motorola, Rosalyn was also responsible for developing and implementing global diversity strategies which included work/life initiatives, launching networks and affinity groups, and other diversity strategies which positively impacted the workplace and business operations.

Rosalyn has also held critical Human Resources roles with organizations like Kraft General Foods, Nicor, Inc., Gould Electronics, ImCera Group and United Airlines. She has had numerous articles published, has appeared on television with Dan Rather, discussing workforce issues, has been a frequent lecturer and workshop leader, and has won several awards, two from U. S. Presidents for her work launching creative labor and workforce initiatives. Rosalyn has also received awards and recognition from the Illinois Prairie Girl Scouts, and the Illinois Department of Labor

Educational Background: Knoxville College, B.A. Political Science/Psychology Numerous Executive Development Programs

Civic, Professional and Other Interests: Rosalyn is married to Mannis, Jr., has two children, a son, Mannis, III, and daughter, Tiffani, and lives in North Barrington, IL. She currently serves on the ChildServ Board of Directors, and is a volunteer on several church and community boards and organizations. She sings, dances and is an avid reader.
