Alignment Strategies Inc is a management consulting firm, specializing
in diversity, business and leadership development. Dr. Weaver and her
team design and implement diversity initiatives focused on the
recruitment, retention, development and advancement of women and
Multi-Cultural employees. The groundbreaking results of their diversity
initiatives have contributed to many of Alignment Strategies' clients
being identified as "Best Places to Work" for women, working mothers and
Multicultural employees. Many of Dr Weaver's initiatives have been

In October 2006, Dr Weaver launched her weekly internet-based talk-radio

37MM listeners. Dr. Weaver co-authored a best-selling book, titled
"Smart Women, Smart Moves". She has also authored articles on diversity
for Business Week and was a contributing editor for Mosaics, the
diversity magazine for the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM).
Dr. Weaver started her corporate career with the Procter & Gamble
Company in the l970's, where she worked in both the technical and
commercial segments of the business. Her assignments focused on business
process redesign, organizational restructuring and alignment, creating
high performing teams and organizations, leadership development and
diversity. Dr. Weaver is renowned for her creation and deployment of key
diversity interventions that contributed for many years to P&G being
identified as a Best in Class Company for women and People of Color. Dr.
Weaver has Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
