Facts on Women Working:
In 2005, the most current data available from the U.S. Department of
Labor shows, that 6 out of every 10 women aged 16 and over were labor
force participants; 59.3 percent of all women were in the labor -- White
women: 58.9.3%; Black women: 61.6%; Hispanic women: 55.3%; Asian women:

complexity of balancing work and home responsibilities is the fact that

10 fastest growing occupations between the years 2004 -14 women already
comprise the majority in 7 of these occupations.
