CONFERENCE AT A GLANCE

Theme: 21st Century Women at Work: Realities, Relationships, Results
Thursday, September 12th

7:30 :- Can We Talk?™ Registration Desk Opens & Continental Breakfast

The Program committee for Can We Talk?™ has designed a two-day forum consisting of large group keynote presentations, followed by small group discussions, with pre-assigned table groups and trained facilitators. This innovative design encourages participants to have more than superficial contact with one another for the duration of the forum, to enhance interaction and to delve more deeply into the issues. Participants are asked to seek further understanding, personal growth and interpersonal connections. This design is to promote a sustainable impact, so that women will leave the forum with a personal commitment to improve women’s workplace realities. Participants will hopefully personally work on the issues of race and gender, which permeate not only the workplace, but our communities as a whole, while remaining with your table groups for the 2 days of the forum. We thank you for your cooperation.
