Housing Information


Housing arrangements for Conference Attendees are The Millennium Hotel, Cincinnati and the Four Points by Sheraton Cincinnati Downtown. Cincinnati is probably the only city that you will visit that has two hotels housed in the same facility. Both hotels are located directly across the street from the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati (conference headquarters).

Reservations: In order to receive the preferred rates, call (800) 876-2100 and identify your affiliation with the Black Career Women Group/Organization (Can We Talk? Forum). Also, specify hotel of choice.

Please Note:

  • Reservations must be secured by a valid major credit card or other satisfactory deposit. Reservations and deposits should be sent to the hotel no later than seven days in advance of the initial event. 

  • Reservations will be held until 6:00 p.m on the scheduled arrival date unless guaranteed with a credit card for a late arrival. 

  • Deposits are refundable to the guest if notice of cancellation is received no later than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date, otherwise you will remain liable for such cancelled room nights.

$ 129.00 plus 12% tax = $ 144.48 per day

Four Points by Sheraton Cincinnati Downtown
Single and double occupancy 
$ 109.00 plus 12% tax = $ 122.08 per day

Reservation Deadline: 
Rooms will be held until August 21, 2002

Check-in/out:

  • Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival date. 

  • Checkout time is not later than 12:00 p.m. A late departure charge may apply for anyone checking out after 12:00p.m.
