Career Coach Profile

I've provided job search consultations to numerous professionals and many of them have one thing in common: they rely on job search techniques which worked 20 years ago. There are a multitude of new ways and sources to search for a job - - and interestingly enough, it's not about posting your resume to a job board. Times have changed.

To provide the best possible service to my clients, I designed an E-Consultation program which is a unique and affordable way to convey strategic advice. An E-Consultation will provide professional advice regarding:

  • how to effectively organize your job search strategy
  • how to revise or create a resume that will get you noticed
  • how to answer any type of job interview question
  • how to conduct your job search on the internet (job boards, social networking sites, etc.)
  • how to shorten your job search
  • how to find unadvertised jobs and the managers who make hiring decisions

E-Consultations are convenient and give you unlimited feedback and support (which we all need when looking for a new position!) Most importantly, you can spend your valuable time applying the recommended techniques and strategies immediately, and then receive ongoing feedback. Through my E-Consultation Package, we will work to ensure you can focus on what's important to you: getting a new position.

You can select the most convenient package based on your needs and budget: 1 Day E-Consultation; 15 Day E-Consultation; or 30 Day E-Consultation.

During the course of my 20 years in career coaching and recruiting, I've worked with numerous professionals, as well as college graduates, throughout all stages of career development. My background includes a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology/HR Development (Columbia University), and I am currently a member of the Institute for Executive Development, Coachville, Association of Coaching & Consulting Professionals, and Electronic Recruiting Exchange Network. Additionally, I have received certifications in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) career assessment, as well as the Career Architect assessment. Personally, my husband and I reside in central New Jersey with our three children, and I keep myself busy running after them, gardening, and serving in our church's Youth Ministry.

I look forward to working with you and can be contacted directly at pwatson@beaconcareermgmt.com. Visit my website (http://www.beaconcareermgmt.com) and receive a free Interview Success Guide. Best wishes to your Career Success!
