Dr. Rain Newbold-Coco, Founder and Principal of Lighthouse Mentoring Group (LMG), holds a doctorate degree in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) from Capella University, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University. Rain is also nationally certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc. as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Rain currently oversees the Brevard County Florida division of a national not-for-profit mental and behavioral health corporation. Rain has served as a behavior analysis co-trainer for a community-based organization, public school personnel, and for her past employer. She has worked in the private sector as a consultant, administrator, and clinician. Rain is a member of the following organizations:
