The Executive Board are founding officers of the organization and have faithfully served the organization for most of its 27 years. Executive Board Members hold lifetime membership in the organization. Executive Board Members are expected to provide womanpower to BCW to assist in furthering its aims, implementing its programs, monitoring its services, public image and national credibility and by promoting the organization to career women locally and nationally members. Executive Board Members are expected to provide hands leadership and assistance in BCW operations and in the implementation of designated BCW Programs and Services annually. Executive Board Members are re-elected at BCW's annual Meeting.

The Black Career Women Resource Center Board of Advisors are leading black women who have demonstrated consistent support and have contributed meaningfully to the organization over the years. They have been consumers of BCW's products and services, as well as, contributors and advocates. Advisory Board Members are expected to provide womanpower to BCW to assist in furthering its aims, implementing its programs, monitoring its services, public image and national credibility and by promoting the organization to career women locally and nationally.
